This cookbook has interesting recipes plus information on the fruits. I have a pear tree, and the pear recipes have been delicious and creative. However, I am only giving it four stars because the Kindle version has no index, which is a detriment for a cookbook. The search feature is not that handy in a book on apples and pears. I wish I had purchased the paper copy; it would have been far more useful.
